ITINERARY:

Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes

We will begin early in the morning with pickup from your hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley. Traveling in private transportation, we will head to the Poroy or Ollantaytambo train station, depending on the train service selected.

Upon arrival at the station, we will board the train to Aguas Calientes, also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo. During the journey, enjoy spectacular scenery as we descend from the high Andes toward the cloud forest, traveling through valleys, mountains, and the lush landscapes of the Peruvian high jungle.

Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will meet your guide and board the shuttle bus to Machu Picchu, which will take us to the entrance of the citadel.

Once inside, we will begin our guided Machu Picchu Tour, exploring its main sectors, temples, plazas, and terraces while admiring the extraordinary Inca architecture and its remarkable integration with the surrounding natural landscape.

At the scheduled time, we will board the return train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo or Poroy, depending on the train service selected.
