Delve into a cultural experience by visiting some towns along the Colca Canyon on the way to Chivay. Observe the adorable and peaceful vicuñas grazing in their natural habitat in the Pampa Cañahuas Vicuña Reserve.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arequipa – Classic Colca Canyon 2 Days

We will leave Arequipa in the morning and we will go to Chivay located in the Colca Valley. Observe the beauty of nature contemplating the volcanoes, the peaceful vicuñas of the Pampa Cañahuas Nature Reserve and the landscapes. Arrival in Chivay and lunch before going to your hotel or optionally to La Calera hot springs.

Day 2: Cruz del Condor – Arequipa

Early in the morning, travel to the Cruz del Cóndor to see the amazing condors in flight over the Colca Canyon in Peru. Take lots of pictures and walk around the canyon to appreciate the depth. After an incredible experience in nature, return to Chivay. On the way to the city, you will visit some cultural villages of the Colca Canyon that still wear their typical clothing. In Chivay, lunch before returning to Arequipa.
