SUN ROUTE FROM CUSCO TO PUNO

A journey from Cusco to Puno gazing at the Peruvian altiplano, llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas grazing in their natural habitat. Along the sun route, you will visit the Andahuaylillas San Pedro Church, Raqchi Inca Temple, La Raya, and the Pukara Museum.

• Titicaca Train only operates on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

AM Our staff will meet you in your hotel and transfer you to the bus station to board the comfortable tourist bus or set off in private transportation to Puno. On the way from Cusco to Puno, we will visit the following places. Andahuaylillas the 16th Century Church to see the beautiful mural paintings, and the Raqchi Wiracocha Temple belonging to the Inca civilization.

Stop at Sicuani to relax and enjoy a buffet lunch before continuing to Puno. After lunch, we process to La Raya (4335 m.), which is the highest point between Cusco and Puno. Our final visit will be to the Pukara Museum to observe pre-Inca pottery and more artifacts. Arrive in Puno around 6:00 PM and transfer to your hotel.
